It’s no secret that millennials love Bernie Sanders. Recent polls show that Sanders, the oldest candidate in the election, takes a 16 percent lead over Hillary Clinton among young people. “This is the group that said ‘I’m going to college to get a great paying job,’” says Atlantic senior editor Derek Thompson. “A lot of them haven’t been able to find a job—and if they have, maybe it’s been at a really low wage.”
